To view and redeem your earned Splash Pass Balance, follow these steps:

1) Create an account and log into your account.
2) Go to "My Account" section and select "Account Home".
3) See your balance, recent orders and more at a glance.
4) To redeem points, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and specify the amount (in Dollars) you wish to redeem for that order from your current balance.

5) What happens to my credit if I refund an order?

If an order is cancelled or refunded:
