Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we cant offer you a refund or exchange. Any return for change of mind or subscription will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. This return must be authorised by customer service before any return and the buyer must pay shipping.

To be eligible for a return, we must have approved your refund request. The item must be completely unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All of our products are stored and dispatched exclusively within Australia. We utilise multiple warehouses to ship them to various delivery postcodes, based on the stock availability and convenience, in order to optimise delivery time frame and provide efficient service.
